The information you share will be visible to others, including anonymous website visitors. We may also collect personal data at other points on our Site and Services where it is indicated that personal data is collected.
7. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, AND OTHER SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES.
These services allow users to register an account and log in through social networking sites such as Facebook and Google (both “SNS”). By registering or by logging in through an SNS, you thereby authorize the services to access your information and agree to the services' Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in your use of such services. We may receive information from one of the services to make it easier for you to create a user with us. Any information we collect from your SNS account may depend on the privacy settings you have with that SNS, so please consult that service's privacy and data practices.
8. INFORMATION COLLECTED VIA TECHNOLOGY.
Information collected by our servers. To make our Site and Services more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third-party service provider) will collect information about you, including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to session), domain name, and/or a date/time stamp of your visit. Log Files: as is the case for those websites, we collect certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internal service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click rate data. We use this data to analyze trends, administer the website, track the user's movements around the website, gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, and thus better tailor our service to the needs of our users. For example, some of the information may be collected so that when you visit our website or service a second time, it will be able to recognize you, and the information may thus also be used to display advertisements and other information tailored to your interests. Pixel Tags also allow us to send email messages in a format that users can read, and it tells us if the email messages have been opened to ensure that we only send messages that are of interest to our users. We do not link information collected by Pixel Tags to our users' personal data. Does not track signals. Currently, we do not respond to "do not track" signals from web browsers.
Flash ISOs: when we distribute videos, third parties may use local shared objects, also known as “FLASH COOKIES,” to store your preferences for volume control or to customize certain video features. Flash Cookies are different from browser Cookies because of the amount and type of data and how this data is stored. Cookie management tools provided by your browser do not remove Flash Cookies.
Analytical Services: we use third-party analytical services (“ANALYTICAL SERVICES”) to help analyze how our users use our website. Information about your use of our website, which is generated by Cookies or other technologies (“ANALYTICAL INFORMATION”), is transferred to the analytical services. The analytical services use analytical information for reports on user activity. The Analytics Services may also transfer Analytics Information to third parties where required by law or where such third parties process the Analytics Information on their behalf. Each of the Analytical Services' ability to use and share Analytics Information is limited by the Analytics Services' Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
