 3. NOTE REGARDING CHILDREN.

We do not intentionally collect personal data from visitors under 13 years of age. If a child under the age of 13 submits personal data to FB, and we learn that the personal data is information on a child under the age of 13, we attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. "ANONYMOUS DATA" means data that is not associated or linked to your personal data; Anonymous Data does not in itself permit the identification of individual persons. We collect personal data and Anonymous Data, as described below:

 6. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US.

If you create a user by registering directly with us, we will request your name, email address, and password. When you order items, we will collect the necessary information to be able to process your order, such as shipping and invoicing information as well as payment information. If you give us feedback or contact us by email, we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in the email to send you a response. When you share content on our services, for example, a review, the content, and information about it will be stored on our servers and other users will be able to see it as well as your first name and last initial. The information you share will be visible to others, including anonymous website visitors. We may also collect personal data at other points on our Site and Services where it is indicated that personal data is collected.

 8. INFORMATION COLLECTED VIA TECHNOLOGY.

Information collected by our servers. To make our Site and Services more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third-party service provider) will collect information about you, including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to session), domain name, and/or a date/time stamp of your visit. Log Files: as is the case for those websites, we collect certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internal service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click rate data. We use this data to analyze trends, administer the website, track the user's movements around the website, gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, and thus better tailor our service to the needs of our users. Cookies: like many other online services, we use cookies to collect information. Pixel Tag: we also use "PIXEL TAGS" (also known as Gifs, Web beacons, or Web bugs). Pixel Tags are small graphic images with a unique identifier, very similar to Cookies, which are used to track the online movement of web users. Unlike Cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, Pixel Tags are invisibly embedded on websites. Pixel Tags also allow us to send email messages in a format that users can read, and it tells us if the email messages have been opened to ensure that we only send messages that are of interest to our users. We do not link information collected by Pixel Tags to our users' personal data. Does not track signals. Currently, we do not respond to "do not track" signals from web browsers.

Flash ISOs: when we distribute videos, third parties may use local shared objects, also known as “FLASH COOKIES,” to store your preferences for volume control or to customize certain video features. Flash Cookies are different from browser Cookies because of the amount and type of data and how this data is stored. Cookie management tools provided by your browser do not remove Flash Cookies.

Analytical Services: we use third-party analytical services (“ANALYTICAL SERVICES”) to help analyze how our users use our website. Information about your use of our website, which is generated by Cookies or other technologies (“ANALYTICAL INFORMATION”), is transferred to the analytical services. The analytical services use analytical information for reports on user activity. 10. INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM THIRD PARTIES.

We may receive Personal and Anonymous Data about you from certain third parties, such as demographic information from Facebook tools. We may add this information that we have already collected from you through our website in order to improve the service we provide.

We reserve the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Data to third parties at our discretion.

DISPLAY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA: We disclose your Personal Data as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. When you post comments on our website, you are identified by your first name and last initial. Please note that any Personal Data you include in a public area of the website will be publicly available. When displayed publicly, this information may be collected and used by others. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service may include having your personal data transferred to and stored by Shopify in accordance with their Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms. We may also share your personal data with other third-party service providers; to provide you with the services we offer you through our website; to conduct quality assurance tests; to facilitate account creation; to provide technical support; and/or to provide other services to FB.
